USDA Shuts Down A Foster Farms Poultry Plant Due To Roach Infestation

The USDA shut down operations at the Foster Farms chicken plant in Livingston, California after finding the facility to have severe sanitation problems.

GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms) are organisms, plant or animal, that have been created by gene splicing technology. This technology, also referred to as “genetic engineering, consists of randomly inserting the DNA from organism into another, forming a new species that could not occur from natural cross-breeding.
